On this project, we worked closely with System 66 management to redesign and improve their factory design. We took a holistic approach, starting by looking at the existing plant design, understanding the current production process and identifying areas for improvement.

We then analyzed the use of space, the materials currently used and the layout of each room. Suggestions for improvements in the general layout and the production process were then made with a view to boosting the efficiency of the factory by increasing its productivity.

Through our weekly exchanges with the client, we were able to achieve an optimal response that satisfied his needs as well as his objectives. Finally, we have provided detailed drawings and diagrams showing the proposed changes. We then accompanied System 66 throughout the construction process to ensure that the project was carried out according to its specifications. Through our joint efforts, we have been able to create a cost-effective, efficient and safe factory design for employees.

Sur ce projet, nous avons travaillé en étroite collaboration avec la direction de System 66 pour repenser et améliorer la conception de leur usine. Nous avons adopté une approche holistique, en commençant par examiner la conception de l'usine existante, en comprenant le processus de production actuel et en identifiant les domaines à améliorer.

Nous avons ensuite analysé l'usage de l'espace, les matériaux actuellement utilisés et l'aménagement de chaque pièce. Des suggestions d'améliorations dans l'agencement général et le processus de production ont ensuite été faites dans l'optique de booster l'efficacité de l'usine en augmentant sa productivité.

A travers nos échanges hebdomadaires avec le client, nous avons pu atteindre une réponse optimale qui satifait ses besoins ainsi que ses objectifs. Enfin, nous avons fourni des dessins et des diagrammes détaillés montrant les modifications proposées. Nous avosn par la suite accompagné System 66 tout au long du processus de construction pour nous assurer que le projet a été réalisé conformément à ses spécifications. Grâce à nos efforts communs, nous avons pu créer une conception d'usine rentable, efficace et sûre pour les employés.
